• Your item must be in same condition that you received it.

• Once we receive your item we will inspect it and then issue a refund.

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.

• We use the US Postal Service for most packages. USPS Mail is 3-5 business days to most U.S. locations. Expedited shipping through the USPS is available and can be selected online when placing your order.
• We ship orders weekdays and no orders on the weekend. Please allow additional handling time for international packages and larger items. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email the day your order has shipped.

• A signature may be required upon delivery of Express packages. Express packages are shipped by 1PM EST the next business day not including weekends.

• First Class International Mail - $19.99 (varies by destination)
• Priority International - $34.99 (Average 7-11 Business days most countries)
• Priority Express - $69.99 (Average 4-6 Days Business days most countries)
• Packages weighing over one U.S. pound may require additional shipping.
